Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
